• Name: For event check-in and contact purposes
• Email Address: To send event confirmations, reminders, and updates
• Notes (optional): Any additional information you provide

If you subscribe to event notifications, we store your email address to send you new event announcements.

• Process your event registration
• Send event confirmation emails
• Send reminders before events
• Notify you about important event updates
• (If subscribed) Send new event announcements

We will NOT:

• Sell your information to third parties
• Use it for marketing purposes (unless you explicitly subscribe)

Your data is stored in a secure database (Neon - Vercel Postgres) with the following protections:

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)
• Access control (admin only)
• Regular backups

We retain your data until:

• 6 months after event completion (registration data)
• You request deletion (subscription data)

Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to:

• Access: View your stored information
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate information
• Erasure: Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")
• Unsubscribe: Cancel event notifications at any time
